2012 Concert and Camping Wristband Prices

Four and three day camping, platinum and three day without camping tickets are available now. CAMPING TICKETS sold out in 2011 and will sell out again this year. Early bird 4-day and 3-day with camping passes, Platinums and 3-day without camping passes will be available at this price level through January 15th, or while inventory lasts. A limited number of tickets will be offered at this discounted level and prices may increase before January 15th. Save up to 26% with early bird ticket pricing.

What is PrintPass?
PrintPass is the ability to print your own tickets on your own time from your own computer. No waiting for the UPS guy or the mail guy, get your tickets quickly and at your own convenience. And most importantly, it’s FREE!

How does PrintPass work?
When purchasing your tickets, make sure PrintPass is selected as the delivery option. At the completion of your purchase you will receive an e-mail confirmation. No less than 48 hours (although likely immediately) you will receive a separate e-mail with instructions and link to pickup your tickets.

IF YOU CANNOT LOCATE THE EMAIL IN YOUR INBOX, PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR JUNK OR BULK FOLDER BEFORE DELETING ANY OF THOSE ITEMS.

Click the link from this email and enter the OrderID and Passcode given to you in the e-mail. You will be asked to either download or open a .pdf file containing your PrintPass order. The file downloaded will require a PDF file viewer such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. You must print at 100%. Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded for free:

You can save the file to your computer and print later, or you can open the file and print immediately. You can also come back to this e-mail at your convenience, pickup and print the tickets. Take your printout to the festival, we’ll scan it and give you your wristband. Do not forget to bring the PrintPass tickets to the festival!

Tickets are available at Frontgate Tickets.
You will receive printed tickets in the mail upon completing your order and redeem them for wristbands at the box office. Please allow enough time for the mail to arrive. Handling, printing and customer service charges apply.

Call 888.512.SHOW (7469). You may receive printed tickets by mail and redeem them for wristbands at the box office. Please allow enough time for the mail to arrive. If there is not enough time to mail them, they will be held at the box office. Handling, printing and customer service charges apply. You can also purchase tickets by phone and get your wristbands at the gate (Will Call).

4-day wristband with camping (Advance Purchase Only)

Camp Ben McCulloch is open to the public until 8:00 AM Thursday morning, at which time, the entry and exit gates are secured. The Camp Ben Box Office opens by 10:00AM. Early individuals who have set up camp are required to get in line at the Box Office to get a wristband before 10:00 AM. If you are found in the camp ground without a wristband after 10:00 AM, you will be required to pack up and leave peacefully (and you may lose your spot). The campground stage show begins around 4:30 PM and continues until midnight.

To assure Platinum Pass holders a relaxed atmosphere, only a limited number of Platinum Passes will be offered. Note: Children 12 and under must be supervised at all times by their parent/guardian.

By purchasing a ticket you acknowledge that you have read the ticket information and the festival policies and agree to the terms and conditions. You also acknowledge that the ticket information and the festival policies are subject to change.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for this purchase. All service processing fees are non-refundable. The show goes on rain or shine. Where events are held at outdoor venues, the risk of inclement weather is assumed by the Customer. Events may be held regardless of weather conditions, rain or shine, as determined by Old Settler’s Music Festival.

All Customers must abide by all festival guidelines as set forth by Old Settlers Music Festival. Violating festival guidelines is grounds for removal without compensation.

Old Settler’s Music Festival may change the scheduled performers or change the event date without notice, and any such change will not be considered a cancellation of the performance.

This order is a revocable license. Any violation of law or any other inappropriate behavior by the user of this ticket during the event may result in revocation of the license and the user being removed from the venue with no refund of the purchase price or any associated charges. User of the order assumes all responsibility for all risk of bodily harm as well as damage to or loss of property while attending this event.
