REFUND POLICY
All ticket sales are final. The event is rain or shine.

BOX OFFICE 
If you arrive before Box Office hours, you may not access the property. Do not line up on FM 3158 waiting to get into the festival grounds for Early Access. You will be asked to leave.

NOTE: All festival grounds, including campgrounds, will close at 7 pm on Sunday. All guests and vehicles will be asked to vacate the property at that time.

FESTIVAL POLICIES
• Treat all with respect
• No refunds. This is a rain-or-shine event.
• All tickets must be exchanged for a wristband, which must be worn on your wrist at all times.
• No glass, dogs
• No open fires (above-ground fire pits and gas camp stoves are ok)
• No weapons of any kind.
• No unapproved vending.
• No unapproved amplified music.
• No unapproved drones or videotaping.
• Attendees must obey all Federal, State, and County Laws.
• Old Settler’s Music Festival is not responsible for loss, damages, or personal injury.

Anyone found breaking the code of conduct may have their wristband cut and be asked to leave the property. Together, we make this a safe, fun, family-friendly event.

CHILDREN 12 AND UNDER ARE $5
Old Settler’s Music Festival is a family-friendly event. Youth Pass (13-17 on arrival date) are deeply discounted.  A child pass (12 and under on the day of entry) is $5. This fee helps enhance kids’ activities and event-parent communication. Children must always be supervised by their parents or legal guardians at all times. See the ticket page for details.

TENT CAMPING
Walk-in tent camping is included in your entry ticket. Note GA Parking, Car Camping, and RV Camping are not. See the ticket page for details.

ELECTRICITY ACCESS
If you want power for your camp or RV you must purchase an Electric Permit. All power cords plugged into the Electric Pedestal are required to display an Electric Permit. We do not allow anyone to “piggyback” off of their neighbor’s electricity. See the ticket page for details.

POWER ACCESS

No. Generator use is prohibited in all campgrounds. If you want power at your campsite, purchase an Electrical Permit. Please note that:

20A and 30A Electrical Permits available for purchase for Banjo and Collings

Numbered Electrical Permits must be displayed properly on your Camping Vehicle, either hanging from the rearview mirror or on the door of your trailer

Daisy-chaining power supplies without an Electrical Permit is prohibited

We recommend that you bring extension cords to reach distribution panels, and converters if your RV has a 50A plug but you plan to use a 30A outlet, however, Old Settler’s will have a limited number of extension cords and converters available for rent at the Campground Headquarters.

Flagging tape and rope may not be used to reserve space or mark off outlets in any of the campgrounds.

Electrical outlets are first come first serve.

EARLY ENTRY WEDNESDAY
Upgrade to arrive early! The Early Entry Wednesday Upgrade allows guests to arrive between 3 pm and 8 pm on Wednesday, and one (1) per attendee is required. Ages 12 and under do not require an upgrade.

Box Office and Access

Q: What if I show up when the Box Office is closed?
A: If you arrive when the Box Office is closed, you will not be allowed to access the property. Do not line up on FM 3158 for Early Access, as you will be asked to leave.

Q: When do the festival grounds close?
A: All festival grounds, including campgrounds, will close at 7 PM on Sunday. All guests and vehicles must vacate the property at this time.

Q: Can multi-day tickets be split among attendees?
A: No, multi-day tickets cannot be split among attendees. Tickets are non-transferable, and wristbands are not replaceable.

Parking

Q: Do I need to purchase parking separately?
A: Yes, every vehicle must have a parking pass, which needs to be purchased separately.

Q: Can I park my car next to my campsite?
A: You can park your car next to your campsite in BANJO and COLLINGS only if you purchase a Car Camping Vehicle Permit.

Q: Can I park my RV next to my campsite?
A: You can park your RV next to your campsite in BANJO and COLLINGS only if you purchase a RV Camping Vehicle Permit.

Q: Where do I park if I’m not Car Camping or RV Camping?
A: Walk-in Tent campers and single-day ticket holders can park in the GA lot.

Camping

Q: Which campgrounds can I camp in?
A: Tent, Car and RV Camping is available in BANJO and COLLINGS campgrounds. Campground Armadillo will be closed for camping but houses the Old Settler’s Box Office.

Q: Can I reserve a campsite or electrical outlet?
A: No, campsites and electrical outlets are first-come, first-served. Space reservation using flagging tape or rope is not allowed.

Q: Are extension cords and adapters available for rent?
A: Yes, these can be rented from an OSFM vendor on a first-come, first-served basis. It’s recommended to bring your own.
Q: Can I set up camp in the GA Parking Lot?
A: No, camping or sleeping in vehicles within the GA parking lot is prohibited.

Q: Can I chop down trees in the campground?
A: No, campers are asked not to alter the campground landscape, including chopping down trees.Amenities and Policies

Q: Will there be shower facilities?
A: Updates on shower facilities will be provided later.

Q: Can I bring drums or play amplified music?
A: Drums are not allowed, and amplified music should not be audible beyond your campsite.

Q: Can I purchase ice?
A: Yes, ice is available for purchase at the Campground Headquarters.

Q: Can I bring glass bottles or containers?
A: No, glass bottles/containers are strictly prohibited. Broken glass is impossible to clean up and a hazard to others and the land.

Q: Can I bring a personal motorized vehicle?
A: No, personal motorized vehicles (except bicycles and e-bikes) are strictly prohibited. If you are caught with a personal motorized vehicle anywhere on the Old Settler’s Homestead, you will be asked to leave the grounds with no refund.

Q: Can I bring fireworks?
A: No, fireworks are strictly prohibited. If you are caught setting off fireworks anywhere on the Old Settler’s Homestead, you will be asked to leave the grounds with no refund.

Q: What happens if it rains?
A: The event is rain or shine. Be prepared for any weather. Some events may be canceled in dangerous weather conditions.

Q: Is there recycling on site?
A: Yes, recycling bins will be available for #1 and #2 plastics (no lids), glass, aluminum, and cardboard.

Q: Is alcohol allowed?
A: Personal consumption is allowed at campsites. No kegs or excessive quantities permitted. Drink responsibly as this is a family-friendly event.

Remember to respect your fellow festival-goers and follow all rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Don’t be “that guy”.
