All About Old Settler's

Old Settler’s Music Festival is a nationally known music festival featuring the best in roots and Americana music. The festival is held in the gorgeous Texas hill country, at the height of the Bluebonnet and wildflower season. Old Settler’s Music Festival offers great music and activities for the whole family.
The Festival is held at Salt Lick Pavilion and Camp Ben McCulloch, just minutes from Austin, located 11 miles south of Highway 290 West on Farm Road 1826.

Four Stages
Over two dozen bands, performance workshops, arts and crafts, kids’ activities, music store, youth talent competition, Thursday “Settle In” show and Sunday gospel show at the campground stage, Friday and Saturday concert at the Salt Lick Pavilion, wholesome food, libations and more.
Performance Workshops
Friday and Saturday, come see the masters teach their skills up close. Workshops free with purchase of a festival wristband, times and locations to be announced.
Camping
Camping at the festival is a cultural experience all of its own. The grounds rival some of the most beautiful festival camping sites in the world, this according to festival attendees.

Pets
We love animals, but they are not allowed. Try one of these convenient kennels.
Kids Activities
A Youth Talent Competition, Armadillo Races (as available), face painting with Art for Your Head, storytelling, monster slide, rock climbing wall, kids’ entertainers. Children fifteen and under get in free when accompanied by a paying adult. “Read More”:
Arts & Crafts
The festival has a huge art & crafts area with exceptional vendors of fine handmade items. There is a big music sales area with T-shirts, accessories, CDs, etc.
Food & Beverages
We always have an eclectic and healthy assortment of food & drinks offered by quality vendors. Beer & wine is available to those with proper ID. Breakfast concessions are available each morning in the camp ground.
