2010 Lineup > Sarah Mueller
Since she was twelve, Sarah has been playing and writing her own original music. She began writing songs based on social commentary, but soon advanced to writing about life, searching for meaning and understanding through music. Although she most often listens to music unrelated to her own (such as Lady Gaga, Vampire Weekend, and Mates of State), some of her influences are Tegan and Sarah, Joshua Radin, The Indigo Girls, and Joni Mitchell. She is currently finishing her senior year of high school and focusing on getting into Trinity University, where she hopes to study to become a high school teacher, so her music has been somewhat put on hold, although she continues to write songs and sing for friends and family.
