April 2009 News
Hey Old Settlers Music Fans,
The Line-up IS complete and we are counting down to Festival Lift-off! Just a few housekeeping rules we would like to cover before the festival begins…
THERE IS A BURN BAN CURRENTLY IN EFFECT! What this means is that you CANNOT have ground fires. You CAN have grills, contained fire pits which are not on the ground.
Camp Ben DOES NOT allow glass into the campground. Please do not bring glass containers into the campground. Cut toes are no fun..
DO NOT TRESPASS! Camp Ben is a public park but surrounding properties are PRIVATE. DO NOT CROSS ANY FENCE AT ANY TIME! The other side of the creek is private property. DO NOT GO THERE!
DO NOT CROSS THE BRIDGE OVER THE CREEK OR TRY TO GO UNDER THE BRIDGE ON FOOT. The road will be VERY busy and there is no room for you and a car on the bridge. You know who wins that battle.. If you try to go under the bridge you are trespassing.
DON’T BRING YOUR PETS! No matter how much you think they love the music..trust us, they would rather be at home enjoying the peace and quiet or at one of the local doggie day care’s. If you bring your pet you will be asked to take it off premises.
And Most Importantly….RELAX, HAVE FUN AND ENJOY THE MUSIC!
