25th Anniversary Lineup Announced

We’re excited to present our 25th anniversary lineup. More than 30 acts will perform in a relaxed outdoor setting with artisans, children’s activities, performance workshops, craft beer and gourmet food. Enjoy a casual, laid back vibe with blankets-and-lawn chairs comfort. Campers enjoy the excitement of Thursday night’s music and then enjoy the impromptu picking sessions and song circles. Camping sells out. Get your tickets now. Advance discounted tickets are available. And now, the lineup…

Iron & Wine, folk-soul singer Amos Lee, jam band Railroad Earth, and Florida bluesman JJ Grey & Mofro headline the festival which will be held Thursday, April 19, through Sunday, April 22, at the Salt Lick Pavilion and Camp Ben McCulloch, just outside of Austin.

We’ve got two of Austin’s favorite performers – Bob Schneider and James McMurtry playing for the first time. And rising star Sarah Jarosz, who won the festival’s first Youth Competition in 2002, returns.

Bluegrass takes the stage with Psychograss — Darol Anger, Mike Marshall, Tony Trischka, David Grier and Todd Phillips. Together they are an unbelievable combination of some of the best pickers in the business. They just don’t come together to play that often and when they do, it’s a special occurrence. You may remember them from past OSMF performances or you may know them as Steve Martin’s backup band, regardless, the Steep Canyon Rangers offer powerhouse performances all on their own. Traditionalist Audie Blaylock’s back and Dale Ann Bradley makes her Old Settler’s debut.

There are so many good bands – we don’t have room to talk about all of them. Check out their bios under lineup, listen to some music, and go buy your tickets. The final lineup will be announced soon, as several more acts will be added.
